Clay County joins RC&D Council
The Clay County Soil and Water Conservation District and Clay County
Board of County Commissioners requested that they become part of the Floridan
RC&D Council family. The addition of Clay County means the Floridan
RC&D area now covers all the counties in the Lower St. Johns River
Basin.

Benchmark Farms program helps agriculture producers
learn more about water use on crops.

Agriculture Mobile Irrigation Lab began operation in
July 2006. The lab, a free voluntary service, helps agriculture producers
use irrigation more effectively.

The RC&D now has Certified Golf Course Irrigation
Auditors (IA) on staff and will provide a quality service for golf courses
needing audits.
